Our Free Skirmish Voucher
Here at Zero One we operate a Free Skirmish Voucher scheme. What does this mean? Well, for every rifle that is purchased from us, we give you the option of having a Free Skirmish Voucher that can be used at any of our participating skirmish sites. What's the catch? There isn't one!
We'll pop your voucher in with your purchase (either in with the gun or inside the documents enclosed wallet on the front of the parcel) and hey presto!
It's a great way of getting out there and trying new sites. Perhaps the free game means you can afford to try somewhere special that's further afield. Maybe there's an awesome site on your door step that you simply never knew about! There are loads of participating sites, spread all around the UK, and more sign up all the time. If you can't see your favourite site included then tell them to get in touch, we'd love to have them on board.

Are you a Registered Skirmisher?
UKARA Member
In order for us to legally sell you this Airsoft gun in it's original colours, by law, you must be a member of a registered skirmish site.
The quickest method for us to be able to validate your site membership is through the UKARA system using your player number (which you can add to your account details) and this is the preferred and recommended way.
Member of a Non-Participating Site
In cases where your skirmish site is unwilling to join the UKARA scheme, we are able to validate your membership directly with your site - please provide the details we need along with your order.
No Membership At All
Alternatively, if you are a new player and are not yet registered anywhere, this product can be painted "Two-Tone" which means that 50% of the gun must be a bright colour (we use a nice shade of green) as you can see from the examples below.
You must still be over the age of 18 to purchase a two-tone airsoft gun, and we will require name, age, and address ID with your order (you can upload this to your account during checkout) such as a driving license, or a passport and utility bill.
All painting is carried out in our premises by experienced technicians, using a high quality professional paint. We strip down the components that are to be painted first (removing the "bolt on pieces" such as selector switches, knobs and sights) rather than just casually painting over them, and only then do we begin the paint process. Our two-tone products have a good reputation for workmanship.

I brought this gun over 2 years ago and it is still going solid today. The only internal modifications done to it is I have a M100 spring put in it, besides that it is still going solid. I've added a fore grip, sight, rails on the hand guard and a suppressor and I can't be any more happy with this gun. It was my first gun and even after 2 years I don't want to get rid of it. Highly recommend it!

Great gun for first time players. Accurate, reliable yet not a bad price. However if you want to start adding accessories then this is not the gun for you as it can be a bit of a hassle.

very powerful, not too hot for a cqb site. Parts are good, gearbox is nice, no flex. Overall definitely a very good first gun. I did end up upgrading the stock to a fake magpul, and the sights are quite linear and hard to see to the side of, but doesn't matter, because you can take them off. 5/5

These guns are so good I have just bought a second one for my boys. The first has been brilliant for a year, not one problem, other than the usual mag wobble fixed with a bit of tape so I will say once again if you are looking for your first airsoft gun then DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CHEAPER FROM ELSEWHERE, (you know the ones I mean those orange ones from that fat guy and other such sites) buy the G&G CM16 CARBINE which will last you for years

Would of had this gun for 2 years this May and all I can say is that it holds its ground. It's one of the cheaper AEG's, great for beginners and I play on a woodland site so it's had some bashes and it's been prodded in mud a couple of times not to mention the almost rainforest like rain I had with it once but it still goes strong with little maintenance. Out of the box it chronoed about 340 ish but then it shot up to about 360-365 which was for me over the sites limit, however after readjusting my hop-up it shoots under 350 so it should be a safe bet without changing springs. The only downfall to gun is that after a while you just don't get a feel of wow with it, you get what you pay for and by all means its a great starter AEG but I'm looking at replacing mine because it just doesn't give me the kick, however I can't mark it down because its what you expect from one of the lower priced AEG's and by all means its a great gun. Also in terms of battery performance I got a high capacity(cant remember the maH) from Airsoft world and it lasts a full days skirmish although at the end you can tell that it's empty so you should get 2 batteries and swap at lunch.

This gun is the perfect for the first time player or for one more experienced player. the guns accuracy is unprecedented in its class it can hit a target at 50m with grouping of about a square foot. The price is perfect and it allows for the player to spend some more money kitting him or herself out with accessories for the gun, a combat vest, a camelbak for longer games and of course plenty of BBs for the more trigger happy player. All in all i have no problems with this gun as the barrel is already tight fitting meaning no costly upgrades to the barrel.

After a lot of searching I decided to buy this as my first rifle, I've had it for a while now am very pleased with the performance and range despite it's plastic frame. I bought it two-tone which was green on the handguard, stock, carry handle and flash hider, which are all easily replaceable if you get a UKARA licence. There was slight mag wobble which didn't really matter but a bit of electric tape around it made it sturdier. Overall brilliant gun 100% pleased with it, highly recommended.
Reviewed by James on 15/07/2012
Bought one of these as a spare gun, and took it out for it's first full day of skirmishing today. All the previous reviews are totally right about the gun feeling very sturdy, no creaks or wobbles. The included hi-cap mag is very good. The fore end will fit TWO 9.6v 1600mah mini-type batteries (mini tamiya type connectors) with ease - so you can keep one in there as a spare, or wire the two together to effectively have a 3200mah battery. This is what I have done and it works perfectly, giving more than enough juice for a full day's hard play. Some people have complained that the delta ring is too stiff - I found it absolutely fine. The gun is reasonably accurate and the rate of fire is perfectly good. All in all an excellent buy for the money, better than I expected and highly recommended.

When I received the delivery of this amazing gun, I felt like a little kid at christmas who has a massive pile of presents, I put the 8.4v mini battery in the handguard, and went on the back garden to give it a test, and wow I was grinning! The bb's fly straight and true, really accurate, there is a tiny tiny spread for an AEG of this price. Overall great gun! I have installed an element delta force silence for the aesthetics but it actually makes the gun a bit quieter (great for getting them sneaky shots in woodland ;) ) Anyway, 5/5 and don't hesitate to buy it! :) - Steve

Save up your pocket money kids, this is the one. Dads, look no further, this is the gun to get them to start off, and ZeroOne is the place to get it. Trust me, I did a LOT of research and have just taken delivery of one for my eldest and it lives up to all the reviews. Great gun, great service, I will be buying two more of these.

from what i have heard it is great but one question, what battery should i buy with it? i would like a powerful one. thanks
Reviewed by jonathan on 04/03/2012
Unfortunately zero one don't like writing very much for their products which is a real shame. i have had this gun around 2 years now and for this price you really cannot go wrong. The power and accuracy are both very good, mine came and for garden plinking i didn't even need to zero the sight. with 0.2g bbs they fly straight for about 20m before dipping even slightly with the hop up(very tight, doesn't wobble or move at all) off. easily destroy cans at 10-15m. No wobble throughout the body and hand guard however the mag and stock do have a little wobble but that's to be expected even on guns costing 3x as much. You can expect to pay around £150-160 with a high quality battery and charger, i use a 9.6v 1500mah battery and the rof is pretty good. overall if your a first time buyer or even moving on from mother cheaper guns then defiantly buy, you wont be disappointed :)

Amazingly solid, feels full metal even though some parts aren't, slight magazine wobble which doesn't bother me at all, really nice weight to it, glad i bought it worth the money completely.

Great solid rifle. Stock extends and retracts smoothly. Magazine is not loose and loads easily. Metal feel to the body even though it is not. Accurate and powerful. For the cheapest assault rifle here it definitely doesn't look or feel cheap. Ordered a new sight as I am not a fan of the iron sights.

First off, I will list what comes in the box, as ZeroOne seem to be a bit rubbish at doing it themselves (this was something I wanted to know when thinking about buying it): - The gun (hopefully) - Cleaning Rod - Hi-Capacity Mag (450rds?) which is greyer than the body - G&G 5.95 mm .2g BB's - Orange Flash Hider cover - Free Skirmish voucher (if you choose it) The gun is absolutely great, it arrived around a week ago and, after bringing it to the weekender, it is still in brand new condition (and I crawled through a lot of bushes). I personally changed the flash hider to a full metal flash hider given to me by my friend. The body is incredibly robust, it's difficult to believe that it is plastic! The gun has a good weight to it too, and once you add a few of your own extras (which I have yet to buy :( ) such as silencers and sights then it will be perfect. As for how it shoots, it is fantastic. The first gun I have used where the iron sights work/have already been tuned in and even with the G&G 5.95mm .2 bb's, it is incredibly accurate. I used 6mm 0.25's at the weekender and it shot exactly where I wanted it to shoot. According to G&G, the barrel is 6.08mm. The magazine does move around, even when it is in place in the gun. This didn't bother me however, it's a trivial matter and I hardly noticed it. This is my first owned gun but, after airsofting for 3 years with my friend's guns, this could easily be a 5th or 6th gun. I bought it with the M100 upgrade and it chrono'd in at exactly 350 fps with the bb's in the box (results were 351, 351, 349, 351, 350). G&G recommend a 9.6V mini, but I bought an 8.4 mini and I had no play ups at all, the ROF is great. The only slip up I had was when the barrel got jammed, but I'm very sure this was down to my trigger finger timing when I had it on auto. I did slide a 9.6V into it during the weekender though for 2 minutes, but the ROF hardly changed at all. Overall the gun is brilliant and even though I wanted to buy a support gun this was a brilliant choice of buy. After the weekender, my battery still has a lot of power in it, so the energy consumption is minute. Whether you are new to airsoft, or you've been doing it for a decade, I'd still highly recommend CM16 Carbine! :)

This was actually my first AEG and I am incredibly impressed, both with the rifle and zero-one's excellent service. As I am not yet UKARA registered I asked that the gun be painted two tone but avoiding the receiver (what can I say, I'm a sucker trademarks). Not only did the rifle come exactly to my specifications, it only took two days to arrive! As far as the gun goes, I am very satisfied. Though the gun is only made of plastic, it is incredibly well constructed with the plastic feeling very high quality and indeed feeling very much like metal when cold. All parts to the gun are finished to a very high standard. Battery installation is very simple and it shoots beautifully for the price. My only minor complaint is the charging handle. It doesn't open the dust cover which isn't really a problem but what i don't like is the horrible tinny/springy noise it makes when pulled. But honestly if that is the only problem I could find then its clear that this gun was well worth the money!

I ordered this gun on Friday and recieved it on Wednesday, quick delivery I feel considering the snow and the fact that I paid the cheapest Parcel Force delivery option avliable. When the gun arrived, Zero One had placed the G&G box into another card board box however, this card board was rather thin and had suffered a lot of damage as all the corners were crushed and squashed in transit. As for the gun, it is a combination of metal and high quality plastic. The barrel, carry handle, magazine, trigger, bolt catch and buffer tube are all metal - everything else is plastic. It does feel extremely good quality when you hold it in your hands, something I was anxious of knowing that this is the cheapest priced gun in the Rifle section. The cheapest I have seen this elsewhere was £160 on another website. The plastic is sturdy and I feel it could handle a lot of use. The markings / writing on the gun is done to a high standard and looks very authentic even if it does say \"Combat Machine\". The magazine winds well and holds a very large amount of BBs - I believe it is a high cap. For anyone who is not UKARA registered, Zero One will paint the following sections of the gun bright green - the flash hider the carry handle the hand guard/battery compartment the stock The parts of the gun are painted AFTER they have been removed from the gun so you can be assured the main body will not have any paint on it. The carry handle is removable and reveals a RIS rail system which you can place red dots / Acogs etc on if you like - I think it looks good with a rear flip upsight but that\'s just me :) The flash hider is also removable but please note you have to unscrew it clockwise - it has a 14mm thread which is standard so you can fit a silencer if you like but the silencer must also screw off clockwise, meaning it screws on anti clockwise. I read that this gun is compatible with many Tokyo Marui accesories if you wish to buy any extras / upgrades such as a spare mag. Overall, the gun is excellent but I only gave four stars because of the packaging.
