G&G will be the first to admit their GBB range didn't work out as planned. Which is why they don't make them anymore. But in fairness that's probably their only mistake in their awesome 30 year lifespan! So what do you do when you have a bunch of G&G GBB guns left?... You convert them to AEGs and give your customers a chance to grab a bargain! Which is exactly what we've done. When you remove the GBB parts they are basically just empty Combat Machine shells, and we all know how incredibly popular G&G's Combat Machines are.
There are some very minor elements that mean they are not identical to brand new CM16 Raiders, but they are still worth every penny! These are:
- The right hand side of the receiver still has the 'Gas BlowBack' logo on it. As shown in the detail picture.
- The cocking handle is not functional and doesn't open the dust cover like normal AEGs.
- A teeny tiny blemish can be seen on the RIS just above the dust cover. As shown in the detail picture. This is there to stop the cocking handle falling out.
- The boxes are old GBB boxes and a bit rough around the edges.
