Build quality is perfect, everything feels solid. Upgrades are of course necessary to use it to its full potential as a sniper rifle, but otherwise it is worth every penny. If you buy this you will not regret it.

Yes 3 stars for a Tokyo marui, SHOCK!! Lets begin with good stuff. The build quality is next to none, I've played with vsr's from brands such as well, hfc, cyma etc etc etc, however none come close to the quality of this rifle, everything fits and has been moulded together very well. All the materials are also top quality. The gun is also very lightweight and is short enough to manuvere easily through tight wooded situations. This gun is also the quietest gun I've ever heard (apart from a TM gspec) which is a plus for most people.
On to the negatives... The performance. People always create a crazy hype around Tokyo marui stating that their performance is the best thing you can spend your pennies on. With this rifle it's just not the case, I'm not sure if this is just a lemon or if they're all like it, I'm just saying that this thing is God awful out the box. For starters the hop up won't lift .25g bbs properly, even with the hop all the way on they were dropping at around 25-30 metres measured. The range in this thing is so bad actually that I get better results with my stock combat machine, that really says something.
The only reason this thing got 3 stars is because of the build quality, now admittedly you buy this thing to upgrade it anyways and I'm sure then after dropping a fortune on upgrade parts (including a brand new cylinder because tm weld theirs shut -.-) I'm sure thisbthijg will be amazing, buy this if you want an amazing build quality far superior to the rest of the vsr's on the market and plan on upgrading. I highly urge you not to run this in its stock setup.

this gun is a light weight fast moving begginers sniper rifle (rifle) The bolt action is smooth and clean meaning that there is a lot less missfires. Actually there are no missfires
IT IS AWSOME
