I've had this rifle now for over a year. About 1 week after purchase I noticed that the rubber piston head/stopper had come loose and was able to move freely around inside the cylinder (when in a cocked position ofc), this obviously shouldn't happen. NOTE: I had only fired it a few times and also note the cylinder is a SEALED unit. So Zero One kindly replaced the whole thing for me (thanks again). Now for one reason or another a year later and I still haven't taken it to any games, Just fired it a few times in the garden at targets, anyway that same thing has happened again, I mean the rifle has been fired less that 100 times so far. Part of the problem is the loading system, the bb's are sometimes getting jammed along a rail when loading, the bb's are getting pushed along this rail by a tab attatched to the end of the cylinder, and the problem is partly the sharp angle at which this is done, and mostly becuase ether side of the rails are basically edges (not flat) so a reletivley soft bb is getting jammed into these edges (leaving 2 marks on it) so if and when this happens and you manage to get the bb into the breach ready for firing, the now slightly deformed bb can get stuck there when you pull the trigger. This causes back pressure in the cylinder, the rubber piston head/stopper has a hole in the middle, this back pressure goes though this hole and forces air inbetween this rubber piston head and the piston itself, forcing it away from the piston, meaning now its free and can move abount inside the cylinder when the rifle is cocked. This is not good. To sum up The loading system is flawed The piston head isn't well designed and the cylinder being a sealed unit doesnt help. It should be noted that not all bb's get jammed, many are fine, presumably more highly polished ones cause less friction along the rails and load with no problems. But the badly designed piston/ piston head and sealed cylinder dont leave me with much faith in its reliabiliy. On a chrono its firing around 430fps, but with the piston head sometimes moving around in there it can drop to as low as 390fps. Remember this is supposed to be firing around 509-541fps. I can only advise you to avoid this one, and buy something else, zero one have a nice selection and there customer service it very good.
