Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Under government regulations issued in January 2007 we are all obliged and must play our part to ensure that the amount of waste on certain electrical and electronic equipment is reduced going forward. Furthermore where it is produced as waste we must work together to ensure that it is separated from household waste, collected separately and ultimately disposed of in a sound environmental manner (recycled and recovered).
In essence some of the chemicals and metals in these electrical items can be harmful to the soil and human health when disposed of in landfill sites. By adopting the new regulations and working together we can all reduce the amount of landfill and resulting contamination.
For your part as the customer you are encouraged to examine your electrical waste before throwing it away and in particular look for the rating plate and if the WEEE logo is present (a dustbin with a cross through it) you must not throw it in your household waste.
We offer our customers the facility to return to us any unwanted electrical airsoft items for safe disposal & recycling. Should this facility be required please contact us.

Are my personal details safe with you?
All public and private organisations are legally obliged to protect any personal information they hold. We are registered with the Information Comissioner's Office (formerlly the Data Protection Office, a government department) as a Data Controller. Our registration number is Z9020882.
Is your website secure? How do you protect my sensitive information?
All areas of our website, including your account area and all checkout pages are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Your account data is held on our own dedicated server (again, not shared) and protected by your email address and a password of your choosing. You can change your password whenever you want to by logging into your account.
How can I trust you with my credit card details?
We pass the entire card charging process over to SagePay (formerlly Protx) and do not handle or see any of your sensitive card details ourselves. We are also approved by the card schemes for 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) which is like an online version of chip & pin.
Do you show if an item is in stock?
Yes. Every product shows a real time stock status under the price. If we show an item as out of stock, you can request an email notification when we have more arrive back in stock. To do this, visit the products information page and click on the "Sorry, out of stock. Would you like an email?" text or "Stock Alert" button. Whilst we try our best to ensure our stock levels are correct, including periodic stock checks, there is the occasional inaccuracy and we may need to ammend your order if this happens. Don't worry, we'll always let you know.
I've written a review but I can't see it?
Once you have written and submitted your review, it's held in limbo until our team have had a chance to read it and check it's content is suitable to publish on our website. As soon as we've read it and approved it, it'll show up on our site and the product will gain its rating from you.
What payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Switch, Solo & American Express.
Do you accept payment by PayPal?
Indeed we do. Please place your order online where you can select PayPal as the payment method. Our website will then direct you to the PayPal gateway where you can make your payment (our PayPal address is [email protected]) and you should then return to our website to complete your order. Please note that is is important you click "complete/done" on the PayPal website and return to our site after payment, to register your order on our system!
Do you accept payment by Cheque?
Yes. Please make cheques payable to "Zero One Airsoft Ltd". You can still place your order online, reserve your stock (for 7 days) and then send your cheque in with a copy of your order & order reference number. Simply select "Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque" as your payment method during checkout. If we do not receive a cheque from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and stock made available to other people.
Do you accept payment by Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS/Faster Payments)?
Yes, and you can still place your order online, reserve your stock (for 7 days) and then send your payment to us with your order reference number. Simply select "Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque" as your payment method during checkout. At the end of the checkout phase, we will provide all the details neccessary to make your payment to us. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and stock made available to other people.
