Our price promise offer applies to new products using the same or an equivalent delivery service. If the competitor offers a lesser delivery service, or a delay due to insufficient stock, we may still be able to offer a better deal than the competitor.

We must be able to verify the competitors price via a URL link to the competitors website. We can not verify auction prices, emails or telephone conversations. Special offers and promotions are excluded from our price promise, but we may still be able to make you an offer at our discretion.

We reserve the right to exclude certain websites from our price promise if it is found that they are out of date and they do not carry their current stock or pricing details.

If you are linking to an overseas competitor, we will base our calculations on the total price you will end up paying for your item if you were to import, including estimated shipping, duty and VAT. If, after including these charges the competitor is still cheaper than us, we will make you our offer based on this figure.
