Unless specified differently by Zero One (not the manufacturer) using a 11.1v LiPo battery will void any warranty with Zero One.
Zero One recommends players only use 11.1v LiPo batteries on AEG's that have been upgraded or that fall outside of their warranty period. The higher the voltage increases rate of fire meaning that 11.1v batteries are a popular choice with many players but it does mean that the gearbox will have to work harder and faster. For this reason 7.4v LiPo batteries should be used to maintain the longevity and reliability of your AEG.
We also recommend using standard NiMH airsoft batteries whenever possible. We highly suggest for everyone's safety that a protective module is fitted in conjunction with this battery (KA-BAT-16).
