All delivery services are quoted from the time that your order leaves us, and not from the time that you place your order on our website.
We recommend that you place your order before 14:00 if you are wanting it for the next day - generally the sooner you place your order the quicker we can get it out to you!

All delivery prices are automatically calculated and displayed at the first part of the checkout process. All postage prices and options are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination, value, contents and weight of your parcel. You simply select the service/price that is best for you. There is also space for you to add any order comments or detail any special delivery requirements.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary. This rarely happens but is sometimes essential to ensure your goods can be delivered quickly and efficiently. Many delivery companies have restrictions on the types of items they will ship. RIFs and gas for example. Some companies take one but not the other. So on the rare occasion we do need to adjust your shipping method, this will always done in your favour, and any differences in price will be credited to your account.
At Zero One we always do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves in getting orders out super fast, the same day. After that it's in the hands of our couriers.

1st & 2nd Class Large Letter
This is a 1st or 2nd class service (depending on your chosen method) from the day of despatch. 95% of 1st class items arrive the next working day, although this is a Royal Mail statistic and is not guaranteed. Some areas include a postal drop on Saturdays, but it depends on your local postman. This service is only provided for small, lightweight and low value items, intended to fit through your letter box, as a cheap alternative to a larger parcel delivery.
The maximum weight for this service is 750g, as per Royal Mail specifications.
Size restrictions also apply.
This service is limited to a maximum order value of £15.00.
This service is not trackable. By selecting this method, you take on liability for your packet once it enters the postal system.
On the rare occasion an item is lost in the postal system, Royal Mail insist we wait 21 days before a claim can be made or a replacement is sent.
International Signed For
This service provides a cheaper alternative to expensive courier shipping methods for smaller and lighter parcels being sent internationally. Your package is insured and tracked throughout its journey and so a signature will be required upon delivery. This service is available to most countries worldwide however the customer is responsible for all customs & international liabilities.
The maximum weight for this service is 2kg, as per Royal Mail specifications.
This service is limited to a maximum order value of £500.00.
We have shipped to dozens of destinations including: The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Jersey, Germany, France, Southern Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Romania, Russia, Canada, USA, Switzerland, Australia, Malta, Poland, Ukraine, Belgium, Hawaii, Czech Republic, Japan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Greece, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, & Austria.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the goods we sell, all customers that request shipment overseas do so entirely at their own risk. We will always do the best we can to ensure packages clear customs promptly and safely, but we cannot be held responsible for the actions of customs, under any circumstances, once the package leaves the UK. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods they are ordering are legal in their destination country and do not require any special permits etc. prior to ordering from us. Zero One are not responsible for any packages held, or destroyed, and cannot give refunds under these circumstances.

Off-shore destinations (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Jersey/Guernsey) are also an option for this service, but may be subject to additional charges. Some off-shore or non-mainland destinations may take 48 hours for delivery.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery costs more but is a great option if you are not able to take a delivery during the week. Saturday parcels are generally delivered in the morning.

As the customer/importer you are responsible for any licenses, special permissions, laws or regulations or that apply to your country.
UPS Collections
In partnership with UPS we can offer a collection service for your airsoft gun. This may be in case of a warranty return, but most often it is used as part of our repair/upgrade service. In all cases you must make sure the item is boxed, securely packed and plainly packaged. Rifle bags do not provide sufficient protection. We cannot be responsible for the costs of any items damaged on return. Notes detailing the problem, the customer and any reference or order numbers should be written on a separate piece of paper and placed inside the box. Failure to do so may delay the process. To organise a collection you need to speak to our customer service team. Two collection options are available to suit your needs:
Door to Door Collection Service
Our customer service team can arrange for a UPS driver to collect the item from your chosen address and return it to us. Collections can only be arranged for the next working day. UPS unfortunately don't give a time so you must be available all day, during normal working hours, to hand over the parcel. The package must be packed and ready for when the driver arrives. The driver will arrive with a sticky label, with all the return address details, ready to place on the package. If you fail to be present on the day of the collection, please call our customer service team to re-arrange the collection. Charges apply for failed collection.
Access Point Collection Service
If you are not available at a specific location and you have access to a printer, our customer service team can arrange for a UPS label to be emailed to you. You then have 7 days to take your packed and labelled parcel to any convenient UPS Access Point of your choosing, accessible 24/7. If you fail to drop-off your parcel within the 7 days, or if your circumstances change, please call our customer service team to re-arrange the collection. Charges apply for failed collections.

Heavy Pallet Service
We are able to provide a three-day pallet service on heavy orders such as bulk BB shipments. This method will display if your basket weight is over 50kg and is often cheaper than shipping lots of smaller parcels.
Option for orders weighing 50kg or more.
Fixed price per pallet.
Maximum dimensions packed 1.2m x 1.2m x 1m @ 500kg.

Your order will be charged in advance, so it is down to you when you collect it. We'll call you after 7 days if you've not been in, just to check.

Please ensure you give us enough time to prepare your order, particularly if you have requested your item to be painted two-tone green. If you're unsure it's always best to call ahead.

Walk-On Sundays & Saturdays
We will happily take your order along to the next walk-on weekend at Ground Zero Woodland to save on the old postage.
All you need to do is place your order online as usual, selecting Collection from Ground Zero Woodland as your shipping option and pay online as usual then come and see us in the on site shop in the morning to pick your order up.
If you want to pay cash on the day, please select 'Direct Bank Transfer' as your payment option and tell us your plans in the comments for your order (if you select to pay cash and don't turn up that weekend, your order will be cancelled and the goods returned to stock)
