This gun is really awesome. I had to downgrade the spring to meet the FPS of my skirmish site which was a pain. The gun is nice to hold and a joy to shoot. The bad guys really do run away. The down side is that the rear harness eye is under the stock and tips the gun over when you put it on which let the BB's run out. The power cable for the electric hop up is in completely the wrong place and the silly cut out in the lid is useless and the cable just does its own thing. Mine got snagged less than 24 hours after purchase and ripped one of the cables off the connector ending my day's play. I am going to modify it by drilling a small hole in the side of the box mag to feed the cable through eliminating the snag issue and enabling the lid to be fully closed so the BB's don't run out.

I bought this gun while at the NAE 2014, and it is fantastic. There are very little bad points (some are there but not that major). So for the good points: 1. The combination of metal polymer gives the MK43 a good sturdy feel, but less weight than other weapons (even some ARs), and the polymer are proper weapon polymers not cheap plastics. 2. The range is fantastic, My friend bought an ARES L96, and the M60 could nearly match it for range. 3. The looks are amazing, people think twice before going any near you with this M60, and run away when they encounter the hail storm coming at them. 4. Space in the rear stock is like the tardis. It can take a large 9.6V easily (I use 8.4V for the proper slower rate of fire). 5. The box mag takes 4000bbs meaning that in a normal game you wont be reloading for a long time, unless you are defending. The top lifts open so reloading is easy as pouring in BBs. 6. The gearbox is very strong being an ARES full metal box, and even has some recoil and isn't even an EBB. 7. The rails are a god send allowing for all your attachments (no top rail) 8 The way it makes you feel is awesome, like me you will be buzzing for ages. Some bad points, the bipod is a bit fiddly when in the field, taking a minute to deploy and adjust, if you tip it side wards the BBs pour out of the box mag (I cured this with a rubber seal like on the bottom of doors), e price is a bit high for a gun made from some polymer parts, high quality polymer but I would expect this price for a completely metal one and the lack of a rail on the top cover means that you would have to buy a new cover, or modify the existing one to fit scopes.
