This is the best starter gun you can get in my opinion, build quality is second to none it's easy to tear down and clean and upgrade parts there so many options for upgrades it's unbelievable if you wanna get started in the sport I would recommend this 100% and you cannot find anywhere cheaper than zero one for it either

The build quality of these is solid , i have to say for how much these cost they are a steal , easy to maintain , hard wearing ,reliable and puts a shot where you want it time and time again , these aren't just for new starters , there are a lot of veteran airsofters out there that just love these , there is also a whole world of parts available for them so you can set it up just how you want it for that personal touch . Highly recommended !

Great as a starter weapon. As a relatively new airsoft player, this had aided in my introduction to the airsoft sport. Good range, FPS and reliability. Easy to fit attachments to the RIS rail. I have a Hawke RDS mounted on it atm, hope to purchase some more attachments in the future. Only downside to this weapon is that it is obviously very cumbersome in CQB. I have played at The Blitz and The mall; this weapon was difficult to manoeuvre. I recommend getting a pistol and/or SMG if you plan on playing at CQB sites. I chronoed this gun with a M90 spring and on average it was hitting 310 FPS. I changed the spring so that there was no chance the gun was running hot. I imagine the stock spring would have chronoed at 330-345 FPS.

This is a fantastic beginner's rifle. Very easy to maintain, accurate, reliable and quite light. Lots of space for upgrades and accessories. Very high quality rifle from G&G as always and a great service from ZeroOne as expected. Highly recommended!

Decent gun, me and my friend bought one of these back in January and there still going strong, only fault we have found is that the magazine that comes with it breaks after a while so make sure you get some backups. Other than that great value for money and a good starter gun.

I bought this as a back-up to my CA G36C (which was slightly not working...), I will be honest, it was cheap, had some good reviews and I needed a new gun!. Well, colour me very surprised at the capability of it. Very capable, very accurate and very light. It didn't falter in a 6 hour hardcore skirmish. I am not a massive fan of the M4 type, but this could almost get me to convert. Top banana this one. Also, zero one service impeccable as usual. Highly recommended.

Very nice gun. Its reliable, sturdy and packs a punch, there is only one problem with this gun............. It eats rounds like a Mini gun your 450 round mag won't last long on full auto. Final thing get this as soon as it comes in stock coz it wont be for long.

Got this on Saturday. Charged it and used it all day Sunday. In short its a really great piece of kit - buy one now. First a little on zeroOne - after waiting ages for the Raider L to come into stock they messed up my order a little. However, the customer service was FANTASTIC and we soon got it sorted out - and i still got my rifle on time and exactly to spec. Nice work ZeroOne - you are my first port of call for everything airsoft. Back to the CM16 - its sturdy, balanced and looks great. I think its Nylon Re-enforced plastic on the outer and metal receiver body. The inners are metal bar the hop up which is plastic. But so what - its very accurate and strong. Once charged it laid down withering fire and gave such an advantage over other players (using single shot springers) that we had to hobble the games to make life for the CM16 wielder more challenging. Im going to get some low capacity mags to make it fairer - and encourage my kids to buy their own damn rifle - this one is mine. Even he choice of green for the paint job (non UKARA) was great!

Great gun, really solid despite being made of plastic and it looks great compared to many m4's. So many people ask me how I got the rails on the gun so when I say that they come as standard on a £120 gun, they are surprised. Average range, above average rate of fire,(for a gun of this price) and great weight. The battery is at the back which makes it back heavy which I find more comfortable although you can't use every position on the stock because the battery goes in it. Overall, a great gun for a low price! Would highly recommend Zeroone and have bought countless things from them in the past. Great product, great two tone job and great delivery speed. I can't fault them.

great gun for a starter or someone with a wide variety of weapons even as factory standard, i would even go as far to say even a really pro airsofter would use this fine peace of kit anytime. great accuracy ( on my first time using it i nailed a bloke right between the eyes from about 45 meters with just a red dot sight) and power is pretty good for a gun of this price too, mine had 315 fps factory standard straight from the box. overall a great piece of kit for any airsofter, young or old, pro or beginner and at a great price.

I have bought this gun as my first starting Airsoft gun. First impressions were that it is made very well with high quality materials. After shooting in my garden at a distance of about 10m, I can see this gun is very accurate and the sights are good, it also stings when you get shot with it at close range. Left a red mark apparently! Still yet to take it to a Skirmish, I'm guessing it will perform very well!

Firstly shame on zero one for not writing more about this fantastic weapon! I took this to a skirmish yesterday and it completely exceeded my expectations! Straight out of the box it shot 338fps avg. and at 25m I could group 10 shots within a 8cm radius! I stuck a foregrip on as the RIS rails can be uncomfortable to hold for a full day of skirmishing. With a 9.6v 1500mah battery it lasted me all day and the rof was astounding! This gun is incredible value for money and do not expect to be out gunned by the tokyo maruis etc out there, the weapon punches well above it's weight and is a fantastic starter weapon. Basically just buy it!

What can I say that hasn't been said already? This weapon is incredible bang per buck. Stock internals are perfect for short to medium range engagement, and even reasonable at longer range but it does lose a bit of accuracy at 50m+, but that is to be expected. I won't bother upgrading any internals to this gun as it is great out of the box. The massive amount of RIS rail space is perfect for external/cosmetic upgrades. I have a forward grip, laser sight and Eotech holo sight and it looks beautiful. I allowed an 8 year airsoft veteran to try this out at the last woodland skirmish, and he was so impressed he was actually jealous! I would recommend this to any airsofter, new or old, for woodland or urban skirmishing. The only thing that would make this weapon sweeter is if I dipped it in honey.

this gun is very good i would recommend it to anyone who is new to airsofting certainly great value for money the rail systems are excellent if you have many attachments for this gun i have got a silencer, a PEQ box a holographic sight a grip as well as a bipod on this gun and it looks awesome! buy this gun! i dont think that their is another gun on the market that you can buy as cheap as this and get the level of quality that is this gun for £134 buy it !!!!

This is an excellent gun my first gun i got and it works so well, the power is good better if u have a nunchuck battery as it well fit in the stock, it is easy to take apart if you need to clean it or mod it just a great gun to use on any airsoft site it's all you want in a gun, for the price it's great feels strong when you hold it I have told others to get this gun as i think it is so good to use

Excellent gun for skirmishing, only found one niggle with it though. the crane stock battery i have didnt really go too well at first, but one of the guys at the site showed me a more succesful method! love it to bits. deffinately worth the money !!!

My G&G Raider arrived today, It is my first airsoft gun, it has a great weight to it and it feels really strong and durable. for the price you cant go wrong I am glad I bought this. !!! WELL WORTH THE MONEY A MUST BUY !!!

Absoloutely Brilliant!!!!! Second aitsoft gun but my first real, decent one and for the price it does a damn good job. I used to have a budget eletric from just bb's but seriously, don't bother, i found i was shooting half the range and wasn't hitting anything! Then i got this gun and it has a brilliant rate of fire with the ZOBAT8C2 battery and hasn't let me down. 2 downsides to this gun, 1: the stock doesn't retract all the way in with the batteries inside but this is never a problem for me because i have the stock out and i don't store it with the batteries in it anyway, and 2: the front sight is not removable and does get in the way of a low scope/reflex sight, but this can be fixed with a carry handle sight and a ris rail attatchment that goes ontop, so you are looking over it. Anyway, enough of the negatives! This gun earns its 5 stars with a great rate of fire and a really nice range, sometimes shooting 60 meters and hitting targets!! I got this gun factory fresh spring wise and it chrono's at 330 to 340 FPS which is great considering the FPS limit at most skirmish sites is 350. The magazine is a massive 450 rounds and is sturdy and robust, having waded through a river, dropped it in mud, onto rocks and still it has only scratched. The gun is made of plastic, but its incredibly sturdy and has a nice weighty feel to it without it being too heavy. The front end has pleanty of RIS rails for mounts and attachments and the sights that come with it are robust and look and feel great, fully ajustable rear sight, up and down, left and right, and the fire mode selector is crisp and satisfying to click, aswell as having a cocling bolt/handle thing that moves and has a great feel and sound. Comfortable grip and sturdy construction, and easy to take apart to clean. also the hop up is fantastic but a little stiff at first, but it doesn't move in-game. Overall, AWESOME gun and really cheap, definately worth a lot more than £140. If in doubt, BUY THIS GUN!!!

This is a great gun! It is my first gun and i am very pleased with it. I took it skirmishing and it preformed as good as some much more expensive guns. I had to get it two-toned because I have not got a license yet and it came in green. It comes with a 450rd mag. The only minor problems I have had is the mag wobbles a bit but that can easily be fixed with some tape and also with the battery being in the stock I cannot put the stock all the way forward if the battery is inside but I don't mind that because i never have the it that far forward. I would recommend this gun to anyone!

very good gun yet to use it in a skirmish but is very accurate and sturdy (no ABS plastic) also has a 450rd mag whereas other m4 mags are 330rd. very good GET IT!!!
