We watch other retailers closely and maintain competitive pricing. The internet being what it is means that anyone can set up a website in their bedroom and advertise ridiculously low prices. Often they will have no stock, no returns policy or repair facilities, questionable customer security, and of course poor customer service. At Zero One we do our best to be open and honest, sometimes prices have to rise with exchange rates, but many other times they fall too! And we never increase our prices to set up artificial 'sales'.
It is inevitable in this market that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just like your local high street. We take pleasure in offering you a fast, efficient and friendly shopping experience, with a great range of products at great prices. Our "Lowest Price Guarantee" means that we will always offer you the lowest price we can.
Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. A VAT invoice will be provided with delivery of your goods.

We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is through a secure SSL connection. This ensures that your transactions remain secure and your information cannot be hi-jacked or redirected to anyone but us. All standard website information is held on our own privately rented server platform at a secure datacenter, and we let one of the countries largest merchant processing systems, SagePay (formerly Protx) handle all card holder data for us to ensure the highest possible security levels. Our website is regularly scanned and holds card security certification from Security Metrics, and we are part of the 3D Secure card password scheme by Visa and MasterCard.
Information We Hold About You
If you have bought something from us before we will have your postal address, phone number, and login information stored in our database. Credit Card information is not stored by us electronically, or at all for purchases completed wholly online. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address too. Your information is only used to help us deliver your parcel, verify your eligibility to purchase and to contact you directly. You may also optionally decide to receive our newsletter and special offer emails. You can opt-out of these at any time by unsubscribing.
We also maintain an order history of your purchases for compliance with a legal obligation to record personal data accurately to account for and show evidence to the Government via HMRC, our accountants and Bank. Also due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases to maintain warranties and so on. We also collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. And we monitor the site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs. We don't however monitor individual users pathways through our site.
We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away any of your contact information, including your email address, to other companies. Your email address is used only by yourself, for the purposes of logging into your account, and by us so that we can email you regarding your order and to update you with our newsletter (if you are a subscriber).
Who Else Sees Your Information
We may have to disclose some limited information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include, where appropriate; our couriers, the postal service, customs, and any parties necessary to validate your eligibility to purchase a realistic imitation.
By using our website you consent to us using the personal information that you have given, as outlined in this Policy. If you are worried about anything to do with our website, please phone us and we'll be glad to talk through any issues with you.
Other Data
CCTV data is recorded and viewed by those members of staff who have access to the system, should you visit our premises.

If you wish to return an item, simply email us at [email protected] and chat with one of our technical staff who can check that you are using the product correctly and to assess if it needs to come back to us to have a look at. If the product you are returning is not faulty but unwanted, you must return it to us in a new, unused condition complete with all packaging intact and unmarked to qualify for a refund, as detailed below.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you need to return an item because it is defective or faulty (within the warranty periods defined in our terms), you must first inform us promptly after the fault has occurred. We may be able to offer troubleshooting advice in the first instance, but will most likely require the item to be returned to us within 14 days for inspection by our technicians. In most cases we can offer a collection service from you, but we reserve the right to ask you to post the item back to us - we will specify the service to use and in this instance would refund the cost of the postage (generally we request Royal Mail 2nd Class or ParcelForce 48). If however an item is either collected from you at our expense or returned to us of your own accord and is found upon inspection not to be faulty, we will not refund any postage and will charge for the return collection, plus any redelivery charges to return the item to you. If a fault is found, we will repair the item free of charge providing that the product is within the warranty period, and the fault comes under the category of failure (not damage). At our discretion we will either repair the item, replace it, (or refund if appropriate). Bespoke items such as painted guns or custom products will only ever be repaired.
Change of Heart
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart or an error on our part must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we may not be able to refund you. Bespoke products and services such as two-tone painting, custom products, printed clothing or product customisation (including bolt-on components and upgrades) are excluded from our returns policy and we are unable to offer any refunds for these items under any circumstances. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. carriage charges (both delivery & return). You must notify us in writing of the intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item that has been with you longer than 14 days, we may as a gesture of goodwill accept its return at our discretion, but the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee from any refund amount given. We cannot make any comment on your specific situation until the goods are returned to us for examination. When first trying out your new purchase, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't exchange or refund muddy, scratched, or worn items - or their damaged packaging. Please note that no purchase can be accepted for return if our warranty has been voided.
Perishable & Consumable Goods
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods unless the packaging is unopened and the seal remains intact. These goods include batteries, gas, pyrotechnics, lubricants and bb's.
Returning a Gift
Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. All gifts must be returned in the same manner as our category, "Change of Heart" above.
Missing Items or Items Damaged in Transit
All deliveries MUST be signed for by the addressee; we do not allow deliveries without obtaining a signature. If you contact the courier directly and change our instructions once your order has despatched to be delivered without a signature or to someone other than the addressee, you forfeit your right to make any claim with us or the courier in the event of loss or damage. All parcels should be throughly inspected on arrival for signs of damage. If your parcel arrived damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet or device as "damaged". Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing items on you. All deliveries must be inspected in a reasonable timeframe and any missing goods should be reported to us immediately. All packages are digitally filmed as they are packed and this footage is held on file for reference.
When returning items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been sent in to us if they become lost or get damaged in transit. You are responsible as the shipper for returning the item(s) to us. We recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery or by a Courier. A collection service is available (at cost) from us, however you are still responsible for ensuring that the goods are well packaged, and you are still responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
When we refund money for returned items of any nature, please note that we will make the refund in the same manner as the original purchase for online payments. For instance, if the original payment was made by credit card, we will issue a refund to the same credit card. For Bank Transfer payments we will refund either via PayPal or add store credit to your account. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if they are approved for this action.
Warranty Terms
For all products, unless specified otherwise within these terms, a standard warranty period of one month from the date of the invoice shall apply. For certain items this is extendable up to three years for an additional fee, paid at the time of purchase only. All electric rifles "AEG's" must be used with an 8.4v NiMH battery only, unless specified differently by Zero One (not the manufacturer).
All gas products must be properly looked after and maintained. Climate/temperature must also be considered and a suitable lower powered gas (144a) used when necessary. If in doubt please consult our website or contact us. A video on gas use and simple gas gun maintenance can be viewed here: z1bb.co/gas
Items will become void from our warranty period if they are not used in the manner they were intended, or if upon inspection and examination it seems apparent that the item has been mistreated, ill-maintained, abused, used excessively, modified, upgraded (including changes from the manufacturers original specification), dismantled in any way by someone other than Zero One staff, or by breaching any of the warranty terms set out above. All warranties are non-transferable and remain with the original purchaser only.
1 Month |
Any non-consumable product or service. |
No Warranty |
Consumables such as Batteries, Gas, CO2, Pyrotechnics, Lubricants and BB's. |
In all cases, a copy of your proof of purchase (our invoice supplied with the goods) must be provided in order to qualify for any warranty repair.
Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your Statutory Rights.
Wholesale Customers
Please note there is a clear distinction between our retail terms & wholesale terms. Our retail terms do not in any way apply.
All parcels should be throughly inspected on arrival for signs of damage. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet or device as "damaged". Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing items on you.
Items should be tested upon delivery and any faulty products reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
We offer a 30 day in-house non-transferable warranty for all products, other products may carry a longer warranty with the manufacturer. No warranty covers physical damage or third party abuse. Once you re-sell the product, your warranty with us ends and you are responsible to provide a suitable warranty with your customer, as required by law or otherwise of your choosing.
For faults that develop within our in-house warranty period, please refer to the category "Faulty or Defective Items" in our retail terms.
Our "Change of Heart" policy does not apply to wholesale customers. We may accept returns at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prior authorisation must be obtained.
In all cases, a copy of your proof of purchase (our invoice supplied with the goods) must be provided. We will not collect/pay postage for any return from wholesale customers.
As a wholesale customer it is understood that you are providing the interface with your customer. All liabilities and responsibilities of sale are between you, as the retailer, and your customer. Zero One is a wholesale supplier to you only, you are the retailer, and we shall not be held liable or accountable for any situation that arises between you and your customers for which we remain impartial and absent.
We do not offer any credit facilities - all payments shall be made prior to order dispatch in all circumstances and without exception. Payment will always show as "Zero One Airsoft" - an official copy of our banking information is displayed when placing your order and selecting 'Bank Transfer' as the payment method. If in any doubt please verify the payment information with us in writing.
Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
Special offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions are not applicable to trade customers.

If you are buying a new electrical or electronic item from us, we will take back and recycle your old one for free.
Why Recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and human health.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw anything marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol in your bin.
We can help with our take back scheme
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical and electronic items when purchasing a new item from us. Please contact us for details on how to dispose of your Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE). You can either drop them in to our showroom free of charge, or post them back to us (you are responsible for the postage cost).
